CRM Mates Ltd provides AI automation products (the "Mates Suite") and CRM consultancy services. By engaging our services you agree to these terms.
Subscription services are billed monthly in advance. Consultancy projects are billed per agreed milestones. All prices are exclusive of VAT. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice. No refunds are provided for partial months. Consultancy projects are governed by individual statements of work.
All IP created by CRM Mates remains the property of CRM Mates Ltd unless explicitly transferred in writing. Client data remains the property of the client at all times.
CRM Mates' liability is limited to the value of fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or lost revenue claims.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
